REPAIR CHECK-IN

  • PATRICK KAUFFMAN ELECTRONICS IS A SEPARATE BUSINESS FROM MAIN DRAG MUSIC, AND OPERATES DIFFERENT HOURS.

  • YOU MUST BE PRESENT IN THE SHOP to check in your repair. The repair form below is to be filled out while in the shop - not remotely.

  • MULTIPLE ITEMS: To check in multiple items, please complete a separate check-in form for each item.

  • DEPOSIT: Once your repair is checked in, you will be directed to the Deposit Page to submit your deposit for the repair. The minimum bench fee / deposit upon check-in: $100 + tax ($108.88): The Minimum Bench Fee / Deposit covers the diagnostic time, written estimates, and small repairs.

  • SHOP RATE: $145 / hr

  • AMP PICK UP: You have 25 days from the time of REPAIR COMPLETION to pay and pick up your amp. A storage fee of $2.50 per day will be applied to any amp no picked up and paid after 25 days.

  • WARRANTY: All repairs are warrantied with parts and labor for 90 days.

REPAIR POLICY:

  • DROP OFF & PICK UP: Repairs can only be dropped off and picked up during my business hours, and not Main Drag’s business hours. Scheduling drop off and pickups is encouraged to ensure you will not be turned away. If I am not in my shop, the employees of Main Drag Music and Precision Guitar will not be able to help you, so scheduling is best.

  • PAYMENTS IN CASH: I do participate in the NY State 3 Percent Cash Discount Program, in which there is an 3% discount for all purchases using cash. Please let me know if you would like to pay cash beforehand. This must be discussed before pickup to explain the NY state law and make the invoice.

  • AMP PICKUP: You have 25 days from the time of repair completion to pay and PICKUP your amp. A storage fee of $2.50 a day will be applied to any amp not picked up or paid after 25 days.
